Return Policy

We accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

For sterility and safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged-seal vials and supplies cannot be returned.

To start a return, email info@vialuxsupply.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no charge.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
